Planning commission says ‘No’ to Highland Kroger gas station
During a meeting that lasted late into the evening on August 19, Louisville Metro Planning Commission members denied Kroger’s request to amend an agreement which does not allow the company to build a gas station behind its grocery store in the Highlands.
